[ There’s a few seconds’ pause, then the sound of chuckling. ]

Of course, now that I have it working, I don’t have anything to talk about! What do people usually do with these sorts of things, anyway? Hmm... Dear diary: woke up in a strange world today. It doesn’t seem to be a certain someone’s fault. Would like to get back to my Shibuya soon. Hope I didn’t leave the tub running. [ He giggles at his own joke. ]

Who knows how these guys think? I can't get a read on them yet. Not enough info.

With any luck, I'll find a way to contact 'em before too long -- or the bosses back home. Then we'll be outta here. And then Shibuya will be alright.

(( Well the FAQ in one part says firearms and a few other things of that type need to get cleared with a head mod, and in another part it just says they're fine if the character has them in canon so... pfft I'll ask. Josh wouldn't even care too much if it weren't loaded, really, he just wants the gun. ))

(( Actually, no. XD In my headcanon, Joshua is too old; guns like that didn't exist back when he died. I prefer the idea that that's the gun he used to take out the previous Composer. Wonderful sense of irony he has. ))

Yep. We've got a couple hundred residents, but don't think they're all RG folks; I've already met a witch on a broomstick, some guy that can juggle fire, and a spiky blue hedgehog that speaks fluent Japanese. Or whatever we're talking in here -- it's all translated somehow.

I just wandered around a bit 'til I could see it through the trees. The guys that dump us here always leave us close to the village.

Anyway, if you can't see the village from where you are, try listening for a river. They all lead to the city. Or I could come pick you up, if you're really lost.

And I haven't been able to sense anything, but hey, it's possible. More likely that the bosses are on a different plane, though -- the few locals that are still here... they're not very spirited.
