Given the nature of time here in relation to our own worlds, would you say that birthdays here even have a point? You lose any time you spend here when you go home, and possibly regain it if you return, so it the end it arguably doesn't exist in any permanent capacity. But it's still time that you've lived and experience that you've gained.

I don't think we can age, but they might be messing with our bodies in the experiment anyway.

So you believe that the temporary nature of our memories here means that the time isn't worth factoring into our lives, even while we're still here?

That's not it. I just think what's here stays here, and what's in our world stays there. We can enjoy things here, but we shouldn't forget it's not going to last.

If they're trying to keep their existence a secret from our own worlds, then it's not so strange.

Maybe they want to experiment on us while we remember our world, but they don't want us to remember the experiments when we get back.
