[ There’s a few seconds’ pause, then the sound of chuckling. ]

Of course, now that I have it working, I don’t have anything to talk about! What do people usually do with these sorts of things, anyway? Hmm... Dear diary: woke up in a strange world today. It doesn’t seem to be a certain someone’s fault. Would like to get back to my Shibuya soon. Hope I didn’t leave the tub running. [ He giggles at his own joke. ]

See, it's not the three-weeks part that's the problem. A Composer wanting to wreck his UG... doesn't go over well. It hasn't been done for a while.

Yeah. Time's kinda screwed up here -- people are bein' taken from different points in the timeline, maybe alternate worlds. I was bringin' you back from TinPin-land when I got brought here. Never saw the end of the game, but Phones filled me in.

Interesting. That... has to involve a lot of power. [ That is not traces of worry in Joshua's voice. Really. ]

You're telling me. I've been looking into it, but there's no lingering traces of any sorta energy signature -- I'll give you a full report later.

But as I see it, the guys holding us here are... probably on level with me and the guys up top.

Or they might just be in some equivalent of the UG, maybe Composer-level. There are theories that the Malnosso are working for someone bigger.

...anyway, before you go around challenging the bosses, at least let me do some recon first -- I can't sweet-talk these guys for you if you screw up.
