With so many people suddenly dying, I was wondering: what's it like to die here, where death isn't permanent? If you've died back in your home world, what's the afterlife like where you're from?

And even if you haven't, does death seem less important, does it carry less weight here than it did back home?

So I kill you, or get someone to kill you, on the off chance they might take your seat and still have it when we get home. If we get home. Then what? Deal with your revenge for the rest of however long we're gonna be here, and lose an ally? Doesn't sound too great in the long-term.

Right. And if that was my plan, why haven't I gone through with it yet? Can think of a few times I've jumped in to help you out, even since we got here.

I can think of many reasons. Maybe you really can get us home, and you're just waiting for the right trigger to make your move and be done with it.

But then I could've just abandoned you here, gone home, and not had to worry about it. Could've abandoned you back in that other world, even. But I didn't.

Why abandon me when I'm more vulnerable here than I ever will be back home? It's the perfect opportunity for you, Sanae.

Still, then, why waste half a year not making my move? Shibuya could've gone on without us, died without a ruler. Seems kinda counterproductive.
