[ Joshua has been running a few errands today. Maybe you've seen him traversing the main area of the village. Now he's left the plaza and was about to reach the nothernmost bridge when he suddenly collapses.

He's awake when he hits the ground, and within moments, is doubled over, clutching his stomach. Within a minute, he's audibly suppressing gagging noises.

[Mitsuru bends down and takes Joshua's hand, attempting to help him stand.] What happened?

We can find out the cause once you're attended to. [Mitsuru lets him put some of his weight on her in case he can't support himself, oblivious to his discomfort. She turns to Paru.]

Are you coming? We might need some assistance along the way.

[ Whoa okay the village is spinning. It's probably not supposed to do that. He sways and puts a bit more weight on her, pressing a hand to his temples. ]

[And together they walk towards the clinic! Mitsuru chooses to stay silent. Joshua is obviously in pain, best not to aggravate it by asking questions.]

[ Thank you for not being a screeching little girl. He's barely walking, and would probably topple the instant he's let go of. Also every so often he has to pause to make a soft noise that sounds suspiciously like gagging. ]

[She quickens her pace when it looks like he's getting worse. Fortunately, the area where Joshua collapsed isn't too far from the clinic, and soon they are in front of the building.]
